Hubby tilling a new spot for another garden patch:
Broke down and invested $50 in a quality steamer/stock pot–this thing is worth its weight in gold!
Cooking up stock for seafood gumbo (stock alone simmers for 7-10 hours). You can lift out that inner pot and it strains all the liquid into the larger pot–no scooping required:
A yellow watermelon harvested in January:
It was sweet!
Using a dehydrator to make homemade raisins, banana chips and dried blueberries. Also great for making beef jerky and drying herbs:
Decorating ice cream cake for 11th birthday.
